For Introducers in this category they are likely to have three requirements at the top
of their list of priorities-Communication , Communication and Communication. This forms
the bedrock of our strategy in delivering a process that is seamless from the Conveyancer
to Introducer and from the Conveyancer to the Client.
For the convenience of clients we are open seven days a week , weekdays until 10.00pm
and until 4.00pm at weekends and on Bank Holidays. Flexibility is once again the key in adapting
our management information reporting to dovetail with our Introducers requirements whether it be web
based, via the Introducer's own portal or supplying our own solutions.
All Barnetts Clients have access to 24 hour Case Tracking . Our commitment to customer service is
enshrined in the Service Level Agreement that we offer to all of our Introducers.
