Our Commercial department, headed by senior partner Richard Barnett, has more than doubled its size since 2004 as a result of our being able to provide an innovative and new approach to the work involved.

We were the first firm to bring to the market a commercial title insurance policy which we pioneered in 2005, and has enabled us to complete commercial re-mortgage for one lender within 24 hours of being instructed in some cases.

We have managed to utilise our experience in process to ensure that we can add value to our commercial lending clients, and that by working inpartnership with them, they have been able to offer market leading products.

Whilst our expertise is predominantly taking security for commercial lenders, we have the breadth of experience to cover commercial conveyancing, landlord and tenant, and specialist commercial lending issues.
