| Personal Profile: | | Conveyancing Partner Tony Swift joined Barnetts in 1987 and has experienced the spectacular growth that the firm has enjoyed. Tony now devotes most of his time to Practice Development and Training issues and in September 2005 he was appointed to the Law Society’s Legal Practice Course Board. Ensuring that staff are given clear career progression paths within the business is key to Barnetts future development and this has led to the implementation of a full time internal Training College. When Tony is not searching for new business opportunities or supervising training he enjoys keeping fit and trying to learn Spanish. |
