| Personal Profile: | John is a litigation Solicitor, having first qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1996, after having achieved the top mark in the UK for Civil Litigation, in 1995. He is now head of the firms litigation department.
John joined the firm in 2007 after working for a variety of firms throughout the north-west dating back to 1989. Before starting his legal career, John worked at the Land Registry.
John’s background is mainly in general civil and commercial litigation (particularly employment law - with some of his cases having been reported), but has dealt with a variety of non contentious matters over the years including conveyancing, landlord and tenant and commercial property/drafting. He is presently a Law Society Personal Injury Panel Member, and was previously a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
