| Personal Profile: | | I have specialised in residential conveyancing for over 18 years and joined Barnetts in 1999 as a fee earner; within 12 months with my pro-active and determined approach I was promoted to conveyancing manager and again to my current role as jack of all trades aka conveyancing director. I head up the conveyancing department and work closely with the conveyancing and team managers to ensure high standards are maintained and service levels are met. I have the ability to make changes where they are necessary or are beneficial, with the minimum amount of disruption, (to the outside world anyway). I am responsible for setting standards, both analytical and creative in equal measure. I strive to meet the needs and aspirations of clients new and old and encourage continuous improvement within the conveyancing department. |
